Step 2
If there are many different WiFi networks in or around your house, please try changing your WiFi channel. You can do this by logging in to your router, go to the WiFi settings of your 2.4GHz network and select a different channel from the drop down menu. If unsure on how to do this, please consult your router's manual or ask your ISP for help.

Step 3
Please make sure your HomeWizard Climate device isn't surrounded by large metal objects, as these could seriously hamper its WiFi connectivity. Also, make sure not to place your HomeWizard Climate device right next to a microwave oven, since these often work at 2.4GHz as well.
If the WiFi signal has to pass through one or more walls, this will also impact the stability and range.

Step 5
If, despite all this, you are still losing connection, try to connect your HomeWizard Climate device to a different WiFi network. Perhaps that of a neighbor's, friend's or family member's. This will enable you to find out if the connectivity issues lie with the Climate device, or with your network instead.
